Product Sales & Internet

Traditionally, a product is sold through a distribution network. Its is easier for the manufacturer to hand over his goods to a few selected distributors rather then hit the market himself.

With time things have changed to a certain extend. Now, the manufacturers can also look for new areas where his distribution network is weak.

The products can directly reach the wholesalers or the retails and even, through the network marketers.

Some of these manufacturers have utilized the convenience provided by the internet. With internet marketing and advertising providing bigger and cost effective results, the trend is changing.

Today, the yellow pages and print directories have been replaced with online search engines, online directories, yellow pages and product reviewing websites. These are the new platforms where the future of a product is determined.

With internet marketing you too can plan to promote your product to a newer market segment which you may have ignored thus far.
